Located on the first floor of this authentic restored 19th century farmhouse, it offers a view of the garden, swimming pool and mountains.
Free and secure parking
Access to the wooded park, relaxation area, shared heated swimming pool (open depending on the season and weather)
Possibility of fireside chair (1 or 2 children), baby bed, high chair...
The comfort elements and other equipment listed are available, either in the room or in the relaxation area reserved for guests with a kitchen area shared by all guests. (hair dryer, steam iron… travel cot, high chair, booster seat…)

Come and discover our new product: The Landes breakfast! At the Hias gîte, it includes:
From Hias breakfast:
- a fruit juice and/or fruit which can be: 1 Adour kiwi ( kiwi is available on stalls from December to May)
- a dairy product
- a hot drink: coffee, tea or hot chocolate...
- toast: garnished with butter and ""homemade"" jams made by Valérie
- pastries: take the form of pancakes or brioche or ""homemade"" cakes or Viennese pastries…
- And on the one hand, Pastis Landais (This is not the alcoholic drink, but the traditional Landes cake. If we talk about pastis , we are referring to this compact brioche with a melting texture , flavored with vanilla, rum, anise or orange blossom, typical of Landes gastronomy.
From the beginning of the day, it will be the occasion for a strong moment of conviviality during which we will be able to discuss and possibly help you prepare your visits in the region. 😉👍
