WELCOME TO THE GÎTE DU DOMAINE HIAS :

A spacious, charming gîte (65 m²), ideal for 4 people (additional beds available on request), just 10 minutes from Dax, 20 minutes from the ocean and less than an hour from Spain.

Perfect for a peaceful holiday or spa treatment in the Landes, with a view of the Pyrenees and surrounded by pine trees.

• Description:

  DRC:

- Living room with bench, TV, fully equipped kitchen.

Equipment available: Dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer combination, 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave-oven combination, classic and Senseo coffee maker, toaster, etc.) baby equipment (bed, high chair on request).

- A bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm) convertible into a King Size bed (180 cm), adjoining bathroom with shower and WC.

- And another separate toilet.

Floor :

- A bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm).

- A mezzanine furnished with coffee table, armchairs and desk. Possibility of adding an extra bed (to be discussed with Valérie).

Laundry room:

- Washing machine and clothes horse

• Exteriors:

- Covered tiled terrace (south-west exposure) with table and chairs, garden furniture, barbecue.

- Access to the shared heated swimming pool (in season and depending on the weather).

- Private parking secured by an automatic gate.

Options :

• Bathroom linen: €8/person for 7 nights.
• Household linen: €5/stay.
• Cleaning package: €70.

Pricing conditions :

8 kWh/day of electricity and 500 L/day of water included (excess billed).

Accommodation deposit: €300.

Cleaning deposit: €70 (refunded if the accommodation is returned clean).

Reservation and payment :

Deposit required to confirm the reservation. Balance to be paid 1 week before arrival.

Arrivals :

In very high season, Saturday from 6 p.m. (confirmation by SMS 48 hours in advance).

Outside of these periods, arrival days are flexible (to be defined with Valérie).

Other information :

Animals accepted on request (calm, clean, well-behaved), with a deposit of €300.

Cancelation :

Deposit not refunded.

Balance due if cancellation less than 30 days before arrival.

No refund in case of shortened stay.

Possibility of fireside chair (1 or 2 children), baby bed, high chair...

The comfort elements and other equipment listed are available, either in the room or in the relaxation area reserved for guests with a kitchen area shared by all guests. (hair dryer, steam iron… travel cot, high chair, booster seat…)

Pets not allowed in rooms
